Please note that due to the nature of digital advertising and instant listing activation, our refund policy is strictly enforced.
1.1. Ladigits India Private Limited ("Company"), operating as Kerala Business List, provides digital advertising and business listing services.
1.2. All payments made to Kerala Business List for subscription plans, featured listings, banner advertisements, or any other digital services are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
1.3. Once a service is activated, configured, or a listing is live on our platform, the resources and server space are allocated, and the service is deemed consumed. Therefore, no refund requests will be entertained.
2.1. Users may cancel their subscription renewal at any time by contacting our support team or through their dashboard (if applicable).
2.2. Cancellation requests will ensure that no future billing occurs, but no pro-rata refunds will be issued for the remaining duration of the current active term.
2.3. Your listing will remain active until the end of the paid period, after which it may be downgraded to a free plan or removed.
3.1. While our general policy is 'No Refunds', we may consider refund requests in the following specific scenarios at our sole discretion:

4.1. If your account or listing is terminated, suspended, or blocked by Kerala Business List due to a violation of our Terms of Service (such as posting illegal content, spamming, fraud, or misrepresentation), you will NOT be eligible for any refund of the fees paid.
